SMS Texting Policy

Smile Doctors LLC (“Smile Doctors,” “us,” or “our”) sends automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages to customers who opt into our Text Messaging Program. Participation is not required.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a U.S. resident to receive text messages through the Text Messaging Program.

Content

SMS messages may include recommendations, marketing, promotional, and/or advertising content about products and services that may interest you.

Consent

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receiving SMS messages, including marketing and promotional messages via an automatic dialing system, even if your number is on any federal or state do-not-call list.

Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on user interaction and subject matter.

Charges

Smile Doctors does not charge for SMS messages; however, standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. To re-subscribe, reply “START.”

Carriers

The Text Messaging Program may not be available on all carriers, and delivery is not guaranteed.

Smile Simulation App Consent

The Smile Simulation App provides an estimated preview of potential dental treatment outcomes. This estimation is not a guarantee of actual treatment results and does not establish a patient-provider relationship.

Data Collection

The app may collect your name, address, phone number, and email to communicate dental goods and services information.

HIPAA Disclaimer

Since the App does not involve payment for medical or dental services, collected data is not considered Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA regulations.
