I had several consultations for braces and I stumbled across NVO online. I was able to get in the same day. Seamless experience! I was shown around the office, took X-rays, and was given information in detail about the process. I paid my deposit on the spot for my Smile Express (also was quoted nearly $2,000 less than an office I felt was not-so-honest) with 3 months less treatment time.

This office is great!! Doctors Margeson and Borges are both great. The rest of the staff is great as well. I saw Dr. Margeson around 2003 for TMJ and wore metal braces for a long time and the headaches went away. I was really bad about retainers and returned last year and did the Smile Express for 6 months. I wear my retainers every night now!!

I signed up for the Smile Express plan, and it was super easy. A real benefit was the ScanBox that eliminated the need to come in to the office for monitoring. I was even able to get a special correction at no charge for my lower teeth when it was determined midway through that it wasn’t moving as expected. My teeth are perfect now.
